General Terms and Order Conditions

1. Scope and Validity of the Terms

1.1. These rules apply to the legal relationship between the online store at www.sushi7.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Sushi7.ee online store/seller) and all buyers (hereinafter referred to as the Client/Buyer).

1.2. In addition to these terms, any legal relationships related to the purchase of goods via the online store are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The online store has the right to amend and supplement these terms and its price list in accordance with the development of the online store and in the interest of better and safer usage. Any changes will be published on the website www.sushi7.ee. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the website. If you placed an order before the amendments came into effect, the terms valid at the time of the order will apply, unless otherwise stated by law or these terms.

2. Prices

2.1. Prices are valid only if the invoice is paid on time as stated in section 4.

2.2. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include 24% VAT.

3. Making a Purchase

3.1. The client selects a product in the online store and adds it to the cart by clicking “Add to cart.”

3.2. To place an order, the client proceeds to the cart and clicks “Proceed to checkout,” after which they are redirected to the order page.

3.3. After entering the required information and confirming its accuracy, the client submits the order by clicking “Confirm and Pay.” The order is then confirmed and sent to the seller.

3.4. The client pays immediately via the provided bank link and confirms the payment by clicking “Return to seller.”

3.5. The client is obligated to provide accurate information for order processing.

3.6. The seller is not responsible for order fulfillment issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

3.7. The seller has the right to cancel the order if there are doubts about the accuracy of the provided information or if the client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. Orders can be securely paid via Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV etc.) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

4.2. Payments are processed outside of the online store environment through a service provider.

4.3. The seller does not have access to the client’s bank or credit card details.

5. Delivery

5.1. We offer delivery to Narva, Tallinn and Tartu via partner couriers.

5.2. Orders are delivered as specified by the client during the checkout process.

5.2.1. Delivery is based on our delivery price list. The courier delivers the order to the address provided by the client, who is responsible for its accuracy.

5.3. Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid delays or delivery issues. The seller and courier are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect data.

5.4. Orders are delivered along with an invoice. Please report any issues immediately. Claims cannot be made after the product is handed over to the customer.

5.5. If the order arrives damaged or not in a sealed package, the client must notify the restaurant and provide photos via email.

6. Order Cancellation & Returns

6.1. Orders cannot be returned if the food was prepared based on the client’s personal preferences or instructions.

6.2. If a returned order or its packaging is damaged due to improper handling, the seller may deduct a compensation amount from the refund. A corresponding invoice will be sent to the client.

6.3. Confirmation and expected preparation time will be sent to the contact details provided.

6.4. If an order is canceled due to an inconvenient time, the seller will try to offer an alternative. If no agreement is reached, the payment will be refunded within 3 business days to the original account.

6.5. Orders can be canceled without explanation up to 24 hours before the scheduled preparation time.

7. Liability and Force Majeure

7.1. The seller and client are liable for damages caused to the other party by breach of these terms, as provided by Estonian law.

7.2. The seller is not liable for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

8. Data Protection and Processing

8.1. All personal data provided during store visits and purchases are considered confidential. An encrypted data channel ensures secure processing of personal and banking data. The seller does not have access to this information.

8.1.1. The online store uses the buyer’s personal data (name, phone number, address, email) only for processing and delivering orders.

8.2. The seller processes customer data in accordance with the privacy policy. The buyer confirms they have read and agree to it. Based on this, the seller may use data necessary for store operation without separate consent, including sending service-related notifications and storing order data.

8.3. If the buyer has agreed to marketing communications, the seller may use their data to send personalized offers and promotions via email or SMS.

8.4. The buyer may withdraw their marketing consent at any time by emailing the seller or using the opt-out link in a marketing email.

8.5. Matters not covered in these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8.6. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the client may contact the Consumer Protection Board or a court. Disputes are settled according to Estonian law.

9. Disclaimer

9.1. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

9.2. The seller reserves the right to change prices and availability and to decline sales in exceptional cases.

9.3. Product information is regularly reviewed and updated. Some data may have changed since your last visit.
